I have been a big believer of our thoughts creating our reality and The Strangest Secret by Earl Nightingale explores exactly that. This is one of those books that I have read that all pretty much say the same thing, which leads me to believe them as I have been seeing these things work in my life.
If you are interested in finding out a little more about this “Secret”, you can download the PDF for free here. I would suggest as you read this that you try hard to eliminate the skeptic thoughts and give it a shot. This is not something that tells you to just think about money in your account and next thing you know, you have an abundance of cash in your checking account. It does tell you that what you think about most is what your life becomes and that you are exactly where you are in life because of your thoughts. And that’s because thoughts trigger beliefs, which trigger actions, which triggers results. You know who thinks about money more than rich people? Poor people. If you constantly think you can never get out of your current situation, you’re probably right. So why not think about getting out of that situation and what it would be like? Once you truly feel and have faith in those thoughts, you will begin to notice things that will help you achieve your goals and you will start working towards those goals.
Our entire lives we have to make decisions all day long and those decisions guide us. I can call you fat and you can decide to let it hurt you or decide I’m just an idiot and brush it off. You can decide to watch TV for four hours a day or instead, read a book or articles about something that will better your life. You can decide to do as little as possible at work or work your tail off every day and I don’t think I need to tell you the difference you’ll see in your life.
I think you get my point. Start thinking about success, about getting healthy, about bettering yourself and put actual feelings behind them. Visualize exactly what that will look and feel like and start making decisions that will get you there. This will not and cannot fail.
