Six Tips for Staying on Track

I can’t tell you how many times I dreaded going to the gym, didn’t want to cook, REALLY wanted a bowl of ice cream or didn’t feel like getting out of bed.  Which is normal for just about everybody.  But I always feel great when I do get a workout in, do make a delicious, healthy meal, avoid the bowl of ice cream (confession…not every time) and get an early start to the day.
