I started this blog to track my progress while starting the Paleo lifestyle.  Throughout my 54 years, I have always been involved in sports.  I grew up playing football and baseball and most of my free time growing up involved many other pick up games.  Today, I still visit the gym at least three times a week, spent a year doing an outdoor boot camp, play slow pitch softball and mountain bike occasionally.  I have also tried various eating programs such as Body For Life and did have some success.  But nothing really stuck.  I would be back to my old ways soon after losing a decent amount of weight. read more
